Dean Citroen founded CW Publishing Group in 1997 with longtime friend and business associate Oren Wolf. Dean's acute business savvy, coupled with his drive and ambition, has taken CWPG from a successful UK enterprise to an international publishing operation, expanding to the large, diverse U.S. market in 2002. Dean believes in the power of balance. As a husband and hands-on dad, he enjoys traveling with his family, cycling, tennis and golf.

Elaine Marotta is responsible for the editorial and overall look of the U.S. magazines and projects. She also heads the creative department, which includes production and design, and works directly with CWPG’s publishing partners. Elaine’s more than 25 years in magazine publishing includes work at Condé Nast, Hachette Filipacchi Media, Times-Mirror and iVillage Parenting Group.

After receiving an engineering degree from London's prestigious Imperial College, Neil Agble turned to custom-publishing sales in 1996. He joined the CWPG U.S. office in 2003, and is now the head of sales. Neil also introduced multicultural titles at CWPG, such as the NAACP Image Awards and the BET Awards Official Viewers' Guides. In his free time, Neil enjoys international travel and fitness.
